THE ORIGINALITY OF DISSERTATION THESIS

The new percept about the responsibility of the new research and teaching demands are in concordance with the Lisbon Treaty and the Green book, the author's wrights in the knowledge economy. Every year they are thousands of dissertation theses from the second Bologna cycle, master degree study, the product of different Universities. We discussed about the increase of the quality of teaching, of researches, but its shame to discuss about the originality of the content, subject and formula of dissertations. The present paper analyzed the copyrights rules and a study case of possible dissertations subjects for master degree curricula in European economic fields. It's important to view also the roads to stop the copy by Google, by different other papers, to apply the legislation of the Education law and the legislation of the authors wrights. The total quality management (TQM) concerning the higher education and specially the master degree programs get a new vision about the innovative spirit of the researches and develop the creativity and the deep library research. Every postgraduate student must have an original case study from the European economy and must be involved in the reality of the global changes in 21 century of economy, for present or future benefits.
