摘要
The economy is changing. The conventional "quantity" measures of economics performance, such as productivity, cannot evaluate the economy as they used to. There is a pressing need to measure and evaluate the quality of economy output, as well as its quantity. Customer satisfaction index has been introduced as a new type of market-based performance measure in the last decade. Based on a reviewing of some valuable literatures, the paper proposes a new customer satisfaction index model.
