摘要
In this paper, the Model Predictive Current Control (MPCC) of Induction Machine drived by Three Level Neutral Point Clamped Inverter is performed. MPC uses the system model in order to predict the values of the system variables at the next sampling time. The predictions are evaluated by minimization of a cost function to choose the optimum switching states. Algorithm is extended to three level neutral point clamped inverters with the attention to the DC link capacitor voltage balancing. Simple implementation to multidimensional systems, consideration of constraints within the model according to the user needs, direct application of the control action to the inverter without any modulation stage are significant advantages of the MPC methods. The simulation results are presented in this paper to show the performance of the control algorithm.
