摘要：
Energy security is one of the most important target in the EU activity implied decision on ICT development for effective management in Smart Grids. Smart grid implementation influence on organizational, technical and social area, which can be solved with support of the ICT only. In the paper importance of the ICT in the smart distribution grid environment and especially for the technical- economical- and social problem solving as well as technical perspective for the Smart Grid implementation in Europe has been considered.
