摘要：

The occurrence laws of adverse circumstances for enterprises in a market economic situation and the system reconstructability mechanisms of enterprise organizations in an adverse environment are studied. By bringing to light the formation mechanisms and activity characteristics of enterprise management fault and management systems conclusion, a constructional method for the managing system of forewarning and pre-control in enterprise organization is suggested. It enables the process of recognition, prevention, and correction of management faults to be performed within enterprises.
