摘要：

The policy of "Green Channel" had been implemented in Chinese university for over 10 years, it had already helped many poor students to study in universities without worrying about expensive tuition. However, with the time passing, more and more negative affects had been emerged when the policy of "Green Channel" implemented in Chinese universities. So this article reveals the negative affects of the policy of "Green Channel" and looks for solution to solve the negative affects.
