摘要：
This paper mainly assesses the impact of the proceeds of quantified risk factors by mathematical method, and constructs the general risk-benefit evaluation function and then finds the boundary conditions of factor evaluation. Venture capital fund can combine the evaluation model and the actual investment to construct the fund's investment decision-making evaluation model (the particular solution of the evaluation model).
