摘要：
Ecological civilization construction is an important strategic task in the new era of China. Forestry is the subject of ecological construction and plays an important role in ecological civilization construction. In this paper we discuss forestry government functions in ecological civilization construction, what are the characteristics, existing problems, and how to transformation, etc. In order to promoting the ecological civilization construction, we emphasize that economic function and social service function are important functions of forestry government, the governmental ecology management is the core, provide good ecological products and services, solve the existing problems of government functions, and realize the rational transformation of forestry government functions.
