An Optimal Scheduling Model for Power System Including Wind Farms

摘要
The integration of large-scale wind farms to power system brings difficulties to the decision of scheduling and spinning reserve, because the output of wind power owns the feature of stochastic volatility and it is hard to be accurately predicted and controlled. In this paper, wind power and system load are expressed by the interval numbers based on prediction error. The objective function includes the start-stop, the operating and the reserve capacity costs of thermal power units. The reserve constraints in multiple scenarios are established and the interval possibility is served as the power balance constraint condition. Afterwards, the two-stage optimal scheduling model combined with the interval economical scheduling and robust scheduling is constructed. Simulation results show that the constructed model can guarantee the economical and reliable scheduling and the safe operation of power system in the range of the equivalent load.
