摘要：
This paper puts forward a system framework of knowledge management, it comprises core layer, enabler layer and infrastructure layer, and specific components of every layer have been comprehensively analyzed. This system framework will directs SMB how to build knowledge management system, and is the abstractly foundation of SMB realizing knowledge management.
