Comparison of experimental and simulated results for a mild steel and a dual-phase steel deformed under tension and deep-drawing

摘要
The aim of this paper is to compare the numerical simulation of the mechanical behaviour of steels under different loading with experimental results. Finite element simulation is carried out with the static implicit code DD3IMP and experimental results are taken from the Numisheet'99 benchmark. The plastic behaviour is modelled using the 1948 Hill's yield criterion with an isotropic hardening. Material parameters are identified and, in order to check the validity of the model, simulated and experimental tensile tests are compared. Finally, the numerical simulation of the deep drawing process is presented and compared with experimental results for two steel grades.
