摘要：
The following text deals with a pilot study aimed at the use of mobile devices in English lessons in tertiary education. The theoretical background provides an insight into the use of mobile devices in language teaching, the development of this concept and the teacher's role in integrating mobile devices into teaching. The aims of the pilot study are then described, along with the methodology and preliminary research results.
