The article expects to deepen the theory of enterprise risk conduction through the research about conducting principle. Firstly, the article introduce what is the enterprise risk conduction, it is the course that a little beginning warp or uncertainty has been transferred to process of operation, because of disturbance of internal and external uncertain factors. Enterprise risk conduction has two meanings: one means uncertain factors has increased or decreased in the conduction; the other one is the probability of conduction has increased or reduced. Then the article divides enterprise risk conduction into steady-form conduction and unsteady-form conduction according to whether kinds of risk couple mutually in the course of conducting procedure. Steady-form conduction means that risk conduction only carry through along the fixed chain, risk just change among interior node of enterprise in quantity, the characteristic still remain the aboriginality in the beginning conducting chain, not change because of coupling. Unsteady-form conduction means that new risk will produce when the coupling degree break through critical figure because of the mutual interaction. In term of different mode of coupling, unsteady-form conduction can be divided into two parts: instantaneous risk conduction and periodic risk conduction. Instantaneous risk conduction means a form that internal conducting risk continues strengthening or weakening company with time until it near a balance risk point. Periodic risk conduction means that risk in conducting procedure changes periodically because the boundary condition chances periodically. Combined with the two types of risk conduction, the article deepens the research on the basic characteristic and conducting mechanism of steady-form conduction and unsteady-form conduction. Lastly, the article regards the enterprise risk conduction as a whole system, basing the chaos theory, it attempts to establish nonlinear chaos dynamic model to describe mechanism and disciplinarian of the risk conduction system.
