摘要
The system frame, hardware flexibility configuration and control, constructing database of signal analysis and process and its flexibility configuration, and other key technology are described. Based on the flexible system, different analysis instruments may be constructed for various application objects, recognition and analysis of vibration signal as well as state monitoring can be achieved. By transferring data by Internet or Intranet, large analysis networks can be constructed, and remote fault diagnosis can be completed This system can be widely used in many fields, such as quality control, fault diagnosis, maintenance and state monitoring of devices.
