摘要
Hyperbranched polymer nanocomposites represent a new class of nanocomposites (NCs) based upon hyperbranched polymer (HBP). HBP belongs to spheroidal and branching framework that furnish them with spatial structures and properties such as 3-dimensional structure with a degree of branching (DB) < 1.0, low molecular chain intricacy, high solvability, inferior melting/solution viscosity, super encapsulation proficiency, and self-regulating behavior but we report on a combination of hyperbranched polymers and various fillers at the nanometer scale (<100 Nanometre) comprising layered and inorganic materials for arising of hyperbranched polymer nanocomposites, emerged unique opportunities and challenges in material science. This review provides a study of past work conducted to build hyperbranched polymer nanocomposites. This approach gives new spirit to these nanocomposites, as the strong interactions between HBP matrices and nanofillers make it easier to form desired hyperbranched polymer nanocomposites. This nanocomposite employed in progressed fields where it performed as light-trapping material, masterbatches, rheology modifiers, stabilizing agents, hardener, dielectric material, multifunctional initiators, tangible and microcellular components due to its brilliant material and chemical aspects, transcalency, elongation, tensile, flexural, and impact strength, improved morphological properties. We have severely reviewed the matter and epitomized the synthesis of hyperbranched polymer nanocomposites from different HBP and nanofillers, preparation of HBP, surface morphology, surface treatment to fillers, and dispersion phenomena. This article will provide new guidance and look critically at creating hyperbranched nanocomposites, Which would be more open to materials science's evolving field. Towards the end of the review discusses its future perspectives.
