Institutional civilization and harmonious society

Social harmony and stability were the ideal of the politicians in Chinese history, which were stated in the doctrine of Confucian. China, in the process of social and economic transformation, requires an institutional system that is widely recognized. It is the basic concept of harmonious development, the primary precaution of social corruption, the foundation of social stability, and also the force that driving China to leading position of the world, as well as the provision of building a powerful modernized country. This paper aims to present the research on the scientific spirit and humanization during the institutional civilization and social harmonization construction.
