摘要：
By using methods of questionnaire and literature, this study investigated the sports lifestyle status quo of urban residents of central cities in northwest China, and the survey shows their lifestyles has been changing to the sports lifestyle. But it will take a long time to form a mature sports lifestyle due to the factors of socio-economic, natural environment and leisure time.
