Technical Framework of Cooperative Control for IT Services of Railway

According to the current development needs of IT services of railway, the author designed technology framework of cooperative control on IT services of railway based on control objectives for information and related technology and service-level agreement which includes cross-functional architecture commission, service-level agreement management, business value and project tracking and share of IT costs and audit mechanisms. By designing this series of mechanisms, this paper aims to be able to achieve the target classification of different priority target in IT services of railway and reach the purpose of the prevention of risks and opportunistic behavior.
