摘要：
In this article, we seek to analyze the possible problems of the offer and the acceptance of the smart contracts on the blockchain. In this manner, we will explain briefly what is blockchain and what is its relationship with the smart contracts. Thenwe will explain the differences between the electronic contracts and the smart contracts regarding the offer and the acceptance. Adjacently, we will delve into the different legal interpretations of the Commercial Code of Colombia. Finally, we will provide some solutions using a combination of technological and law implementations.
