Dynamic model based methodology for agrifood process network interoperability

摘要
Sector-spanning traceability in Agrifood networks has not yet been solved fully. Neither the "one-step backward, one-step forward" passing of identifiers, nor the comprehensive databases, collecting all of the process data, gives a feasible solution. In our approach, the transparency of networks is based on the scalable, unified modeling of the simplified dynamic mass balances, associated with the actual, problem specific intensive parameters (concentrations, prices). The solution outlines an organizational architecture, where the so-called Agrifood Interoperability Centers help the cooperation of the actors, as well as the communication between the actors and the various authorities. The methodology will be illustrated by a simplified example, involving different realistic agrifood actors.
