摘要：

The evaluation and selection of the product outline schemes are studied. The classification of the group decision in the process is discussed, and an aggregation method in which the individual preference is expressed in the form of ordering vector is presented. During the aggregating process, not only the subjective weights of the decision makers but also the objective weights determined by the reliability of the decision-makers' preferences are considered, and a planning model to aggregate the individual preferences which minimize the total differences between the group preference and the individual preferences is built. The validity and feasibility of the method is demonstrated by an example.
