Study on Technological Innovation Modes of IT Enterprises Based on the Technological Convergence

As the industrial boundary getting fuzzy, the phenomenon of technological convergence gets universal unprecedented. The new trend of competition in technological convergence compels enterprises to think over their strategies of product innovation. Based on redefining the concept of technological convergence, we set up two stage game models to analyze the three main innovation modes of technological convergence in IT enterprise, which are core technology sharing consortium, technology merger and acquisition, technology licensing. We also discuss how complementarities coefficient of technology, absorption coefficient of enterprise, spillover coefficient and innovation coefficient influence equilibrium investment of technology, investment of R&D, output and profit. And we also compare the equilibrium investment of technology, equilibrium cost of R&D, equilibrium output and equilibriums profit in the three innovative ways.
