摘要
It analyzes the meaning of churn management for a mobile telecommunication company and key influencing factors, discusses the relational algorithms about data mining, and puts forward the details of dealing with the churn management of mobile telecommunication company through data mining method.. It describes the entire process of making a predictive model to solve a churn management problem through analyzing an example. Based on SAS Enterprise Miner the model is sets up in order to provide the predictive churn data, lower the rates of churns, and establish the decision basement of putting the precise management in practice.
