摘要
A comparative analysis of the evolution of integrated photometric parameters for young star formation complexes in spiral and irregular galaxies and open star clusters in our Galaxy is performed. Extragalactic star formation complexes seen as giant H II regions and open star clusters in the Milky Way are shown to represent a single evolutionary sequence of objects at different stages of their evolution when the extinction is properly taken into account.
