The initial training schemes for engineers between Romanian industrial reality and European education system

In Romania a higher modern education for engineers is desired, and even reforms go in this direction. In the field of Mechanical Engineering, but not only then, there is still a dilemma: the reality which exists in industry (mechanical) and the directions of study of the majority of economically developed European countries. The experiment that I gained at the time of my visits in some universities of countries of the EU led to my comprehension for changes that are expected in our higher education system and which we are to put into practice in order to form tomorrow's engineer.
