Research on Non-governmental Organizations' Public Emergency Management

In the reality of the deepening reform and rapid economic development, it is difficult for the government to solely completely face with the challenges of public emergency. There should be social forces participating and supporting. In many countries, Non-governmental Organizations as one of the main participation play an active role in coping with public emergency and have become an increasingly dynamic force. But in chain, the role of Non-governmental Organizations is very limited. So how to give full play to the role of Non-governmental Organizations of coping with the challenges of public emergency has become increasingly important. The article analyzes the characteristics of current China's Non-governmental Organizations, and discusses how to improve the structure and system to improve their capacity of dealing with public emergency.
