摘要
Migration is a phenomenon that has a direct impact not only on the migrant himself, but also on the regions within which he or she is moving or changes his residence. It is possible to talk about labour migration, which represents commuting to occupation or complete migration, when there is also a change of residence of an individual or groups. This second type can have a significant impact on the destination, or in terms of quality of life or economic development of the region. The aim of the paper is to examine the relations between migration flows and small and medium-sized enterprises in regions that have an impact on population employment and economic development. The development of small enterprises compared to medium-sized enterprises is favorable throughout the period under review. The relationship between migration and the number of SMEs has not been confirmed. Due to fluctuations in some districts, the P-test model was not successful and the impact of migration on the number of SMEs was not demonstrated.
