摘要
The problem of replacing defects in various tissues, especially bone tissues, is acute in modem medicine. Currently there is no any universal method of filling defects without drawbacks. One of the promising groups of alloplastic materials are hydrogels. Currently it is possible to obtain materials with different specified biological properties like natural extracellular matrix using various methods of chemical and physical modification. These biomaterials can be used as a delivery of stem cells and bioactive substances in the defect zone. This literature review is devoted to the consideration of various aspects of obtaining and using biological materials based on hydrogels.
