Relationship between Physical Exercise and Mental Health of Middle School Students

From Neijiang city of Sichuan province from 800 middle school students, junior high and senior high school students as the research object, and finally get 668 effective questionnaires, the psychological health survey questionnaire; status of extracurricular physical exercise; sports importance questionnaire investigation. The relationship between physical exercise and mental health of middle school students. The results showed that: 1, middle school students have different degrees of mental health problems; status to actively participate in the extracurricular sports activities of 2 middle school students is poor; 3, regular physical exercise in the middle school students in all aspects of mental content better ratio was significantly higher than that of the regular physical exercises of students. Schools and society should actively promote the middle school students to exercise, to promote physical and mental health of students.
