摘要
An architecture based on condition monitoring for wind turbine has been proposed. It made wind turbine change its maintenance manner from reactive maintenance to predictive maintenance and expanded monitoring and maintenance activities into an integrated system with seven function modules in three layers. This system could make up the regional distribution problem, reflect WT real-time working condition, and give a quick warning and maintenance plan before the equipment malfunction. Therefore, it can avoid economic losses and high maintenance costs during stop repairing when trouble occurred, Additionally, it also provided an intelligent interface for humancomputer interaction through multiple networks and all information of wind turbines could be query, processing, analysis, modeling and visual display.
