Promotion and evaluation of industrial land in Asturias

This work has the aim of analysing the evolution of the offer and the features of the industrial ground in the region of Asturias, where there are appropriate sources available to study in depth the phenomenon of the progressive expansion of industrial ground in the form of industrial estates, business parks or technology parks as well as the reply of the businessmen and the criteria and instruments applied in the official promotion of this type of around. It is intended, likewise, to identify the elements which allow us to support the thesis of the tendency to reinforce the role of the industrial ground as a resource or economic infrastructure and as an element which articulates space at the same time, without forgetting its function of showcase of the territorial progress.
