EMOTIONS EXPERIENCED BY PROSPECTIVE TEACHERS IN LEARNING MATHEMATICS AS PRIMARY SCHOOL PUPILS

摘要
This study investigated the emotions recalled by prospective elementary teachers about learning mathematics as primary school pupils at the beginning of a methods course. Discussions and reflections were found to mitigate long-standing negative emotions, and develop improved dispositions for learning to teach and to learn mathematics qualitatively.
