摘要
Internet of Things (IoT) has been changing the reality of smart things. Many applications are possible when using smart devices capable of measuring, acting, processing and communicating. When this kind of technology is applied to public environments as smart campus or smart cities, it can be mandatory to allow public developers to integrate new devices to the architecture. By opening the specifications there is not a guarantee of well developed devices to keep the uninterrupted operation of the whole system. A set of many skills is required for the development of well implemented devices. In this scenario, a framework is proposed in this paper to uniformize some of the main functionalities of an IoT architecture. As results, some kinds of devices implemented with the proposed framework as well as the assessment of the services like management, network and security are presented.
