Thermal characteristics of long-period gratings in silicon optical waveguide

摘要：
We demonstrate long-period gratings in silicon oversized-rib optical waveguide. The fabricated long period gratings show the maximum attenuation of 5.8 dB and the resonant wavelength shift of about 0.07 nm/degrees C.
