A Regularization Method for Deconvolution of Optical Coherence Tomography Image

摘要
A deconvolution method is proposed for enhancing the spatial resolution of Optical Coherent Tomogaphy (OCT) image in the defocused region. An analytic expression of the Point Spread Function (PSF) is built according to the Gaussian beam model. With the analytic PSF model, the deconvolution problem of the OCT image is modeled with the least square equation and solved with the Gaussian Newton method. The proposed regularization method is compared with the well-established Richardson-Lucy (RL) method. Numerical and experimental results show that this method can effectively reconstruct the image of the OCT defocus region, especially for the significantly out of focus OCT images.
