摘要：
A model of public security management between fire service department and public assembly places is established in this article. Analyzing this model can help to define the proportion of sample checking that public fire department carries out in public assembly places, and hence ensure penalties for unsafe business running and establish the function relationship between sample checking proportion and punishment force. Thereby there is particular directive meaning for fire supervise management in public assembly places.
