摘要
The half cells consisting of the dense electrolyte and porous hydrogen electrode were prepared by tape casting. The green bodies of half cells were sintered by the co-sintering technology. Then, the rheological behavior of the NiO/YSZ and YSZ slurries was studied. The processing of removal of binder was determined by DTA and TG curves and the microstructure of half cells was observed by SEM. Finally, electrochemical performances of the as-prepared cells (LaSrMnO(3) was used as cathode of SOEC) were investigated in terms of the electrolysis performance curves and impedance spectroscopy analyses at 850 degrees C, 900 degrees C and 950 degrees C.
