摘要
Digital models are available along the engineering phase of production systems. Also, the operation phase of production systems is more and more supported by digitalization. These two main phases of the lifecycle of a production system are sharing a big amount of information. However, the digital models are not compatible, and the data transformation is done manually in many industrial use cases. The target of an efficient data exchange between engineering and maintenance systems lead to two main challenges. On the one hand, the maintenance related data must be delivered by the engineering phase and has to be transformed into the correct formats and structures of a digital service twin. On the other hand, the process changes must be managed in the organization of the affected companies with proper migration and transformation strategies.
