摘要
According to the meetings of the experts in the Intergovernmental Group on climate evolution (IGCE) - a unit that should come up with a scientific consensus on this subject - the human origin of present-day climate changes is estimated at 90%. On the basis of these studies, one may say that our civilization passes through a crisis situation when climate warming is the main issue and we should take responsibility for it. In four sections, the present article discusses the main issues of climate change and the main international political context regarding the global climate changes. The author also focuses on the issues of the fight against climate changes as they appear in the documents of the European Union.
