摘要：
The suicidal behaviors occurring in the course of psychosis is considered from the epidemiological, clinical and psyche-pathological points of view, in schizophrenia and paranoia. Clinical forms and contexts of suicide attempts are described considering psychotic patients referred to the Accident and Emergency ward in Rennes (Brittany, France), and the psychiatrist's role is discussed.
