摘要
A core-offset fiber based inline-MZI sensor, which has considerable benefits such as easy fabrication process, compactness, and high sensitivities to refractive index (RI) changes is fabricated. In this work, we enhance its performance by optimizing the sensor structure' parameters. After reaching the highest RI sensitivity at optimized sensing length and target loss, the C-band wavelength is examined to achieve the sensitivity of 100 nm/RIU.
