摘要：
Through introducing the "stakeholder theory" and the "collective action theory", the authors of this paper analyses the action logic of community participants in ecotourism. Dominant factors, which influence the willingness of community participation and main characteristics of ecotourism resources in Heilongjiang province, are also discussed. Taking the ecological tourism development of the TangWang River as a representative case, the authors discuss the ecotourism development pattern based on community participation, which may provide theoretical and practice reference for the ecological tourism development in Heilongjiang province.
