Techno-economic assessments of ±750 V DC distribution networks

摘要
In the evaluation of direct-circuit ( DC) distribution networks, the technical and economic potentials are not yet been considered together. Plus, the economic evaluation of DC distribution are more focused on the initial cost. This paper applies the power network techno-economic assessments in DC distribution networks. The techno-economic assessments include performance assessments, cost assessments and revenue assessments. Moreover, a techo-economic assessment indicator is proposed as a uniform indicator covering all the three assessments. This paper has also proposed four network plans for Tongli +/- 750 V DC distribution network. The assessment method has found the most techno-economical plan, the ring network, for Tongli Energy Reform Town. The case study also validates the effectiveness of the proposed techno-economic assessment.
