摘要
In modern businesses, there is no longer possible to identify the main value-producers in a chain, as Porter did in his theory of the value chain. Cosidering that value can now be produced by several actors at once, the concept of value system becomes necessary in order to describe the process of value creation, this concept requiring the existence of organizational networks. The value networks' success depends on their capacity to generate and use knowledge, since value is created through the interrelated generative, productive and representative knowledge processes.
