Femoral neck fractures are a common injury pattern, especially within the elderly. Replacement with either hemiarthro-plasty or total hip arthroplasty allows for immediate weight-bearing. This video demonstrates the direct anterior approach to total hip arthroplasty for management of displaced femoral neck fractures.
