摘要
Executive's managerial corruption is a serious problem existed in state-owned enterprises in our country. On the basis of principal-agent theory, an Expectation Utility Model is constructed to explain the determinants of managerial corruption. The determinants include that the probability to be discovered, the extra income, the normal wage, tenure, the income while the corruption is discovered, and the relation to the future income discount rate. Finally, this paper puts forward some measures to control the executive's managerial corruption in state-owned enterprises according to the model.
