摘要
Amino acids are ail important type of bioactive components in Chinese traditional medicines, especially animal drugs. However, few modern analytical methods targeted at amino acids have been developed for the quality control of animal drugs. A gas chromatography-mass spectrometric method was built for the quantification analysis of amino acids in the extracts of Cornus Caprae Hircus which has been widely used in Chinese medicine compound prescriptions. The full method validation, including the linearity.. limit of detection and quantification, repeatability, precision, stability, and recovery test, was examined. The results indicate that the developed method is suitable for the quantification of amino acids in the extracts of Cornus Caprae Hircus. The developed method was applied to the quantification analysis of twelve amino acids in different batches of extracts of Cornus Caprae Hircus.
