摘要：
Our study shows that in an elderly population of patients hospitalized for congestive heart failure, there. was a significant decrease in total insulin-like growth factor-1. (IGF-1), a profound reduction in IGF-binding protein-3, and a marked increase in circulating free IGF-1. The decrease in total IGF-1 was not present in patients who received angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors.
