摘要
Tension is of critical importance to rotor-spun composite yarn spinning process. A mathematical model is established to elucidate the tension during rotor-spun composite yarn spinning process. The theoretical prediction agrees well with experiment data. The present model can be used to adjust tensions of strand fiber, filament and composite yarn for optimizing the spinning condition.
