摘要：
Semantic Annotation is a basic technology for intelligent content and is beneficial in a wide range of content-oriented intelligent applications. And the critical step in semantic annotation is expressed in this paper. To improve the veracity ratio and recall ratio in semantic query in huge information resource, semantic annotation is adopted in the semantic query, and to improve the machine understand the information, a frame semantic annotation algorithm is expressed in this paper.
